About The Breed:
A Walkaloosa is a gaited horse with Appaloosa coloring. The Walkaloosa Horse Association was founded in 1983. Although many of the horses in the breed are a Tennessee Walker Crossed with the Appaloosa, other gaited breeds are also allowed and some are even 100% Appaloosa. They range in height from 13 to 17 hands.
