  • Developed in the 1700's as an all-purpose riding horse.

  • They were the mount of choice for Civil War Generals. Including Robert E. Lee, Ulysses S. Grant and Stonewall Jackson.

  • After the war, horse shows brought a renewed sense of pride, purpose and competition.

  • These elegant horses with big hearts and animated style became stars.
